A trip to Portland is never complete without a stop at Voodoo Doughnuts, it is true what they say, good things do come in pink boxes.
When I was up in Portland for Thanksgiving we headed to the location downtown for me to grab a box of doughnuts to bring back to San Diego! After seeing the line we quickly opted to hop back in the car and head to the other location.
I love doughnuts but I was not about to stand in line for an hour and a half (and that’s being conservative to get some. Plus the location across the river is pink and never has a very long line, so I gladly headed that way.
If you make it to Voodooo Doughnuts you absolutely have to try the Voodoo Doughnut (obviously), Bacon Maple Bar, Captain my Captain (or really any of the ones with cereal on top) and the Dirt Doughnut! Those are some of my favorites!
I’ve been wanting a faux fur vest for the last couple of winters and when I found this one during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale I had to pick it up. I’ve kind of been living in it the last couple of weeks, it’s the perfect thing to throw over an otherwise boring outfit and dress it up a little bit. It’s the perfect holiday look for a more casual setting too! I wore it on Thanksgiving and it was the absolute perfect outfit.

I love exploring different parts of Portland, after picking up doughnuts to bring back to San Diego (and eating one or maybe two) I definitely needed to take a walk. Voodoo is not messing around with these doughnuts, they are intense y’all.
