This year has already been crazy, with two trips already under my belt and several more planned it’s been extremely hard for me to focus on pretty much anything the last few weeks. I’m finally feeling like I’m getting into the swing of things, I’m still digging out of my emails (sorry if I haven’t gotten back to you!) but other than that I’m settling back into some sort of a routine, no matter how crazy it may be with all the travel!
With so much bouncing around I’m trying really hard to focus on wellness this year. Failing pretty epically the past week but, hey, we all stumble, right? Hitting reset this week in Miami (which probably means hitting reset on Monday when I get back to San Diego)! Fun fact about me: I was a vegan for about a year in college and I started using coconut oil for everything. I’ve since moved away from pretty much all of my vegan habits, I’m sorry, but I just love cheese far too much, but coconut oil is still a huge part of my day to day.
