This last trip to Portland I really wanted to do something different, I’ve explored a lot of the city and the surrounding area but never made it down to the Portland Saturday Market so we put it on the list!
The weather during my trip was seriously amazing, cool, crisp and not a cloud in the sky, so much better than the usual cold rainy Portland November. So we bundled up (because apparently I’ve moved to San Diego and can no longer handle the cold) and headed downtown to walk around and hit the Portland Saturday Market!
The market is massive, double if not three times the size of Eastern Market and they have everything you could possibly imagine. I wish I had thought ahead better, I could have done all of my Christmas shopping in one place. But we all know what a great packer I am and there was absolutely no room left in my suitcase so that wasn’t going to happen.
After walking around the market for a while we spent some time just wandering around the Pearl District (my favorite part of Portland) and along the river.
Did I mention what an absolutely amazing day it was?
I was pretty freezing by this point in the day and loving every minute of it. It felt and looked like fall and I had definitely been missing that in San Diego!
Jacket // Scarf // Pants // Booties // Watch // Bracelet // Ring // Purse
I was loving walking through (and playing in) the crunchy leaves. I might still be 5 guys.
I can’t believe I’ve been to Portland as many times as I have and this is the first time we went to the market. Especially, because I’m a tad obsessed with farmers markets. It was the perfect way to walk off some of the pie If you’re in Portland or planning a Portland Saturday Market and a walk through the Pearl to your list.
